Corporate Interior Design in Dubai: The Newcom Modern Workspace
This corporate interior design project for Newcom in Dubai was driven by two fundamental design principles to create a highly effective and modern work environment: Visual Connectivity and the integration of Natural Materials.

We prioritized an open workspace culture by enhancing visual flow throughout the office fit-out using strategic layouts. This promotes seamless communication and collaboration, essential for a dynamic business landscape in the UAE.

To balance the modern designs, we introduced the warmth of natural materials, primarily wood, throughout the commercial space. This adherence to biophilic design principles enhances employee well-being and long-term productivity.

A key element was the effective use of colour psychology. We strategically incorporated Newcom's brand colours in subtle, appropriate locations to reinforce corporate identity without overwhelming the senses.

The final commercial interior is a vibrant and dynamic space, with the finished look achieved through details like glass frosting derived from the company logo. This ensures the workspace is both professional and visually engaging, providing a complete workplace solution in Dubai.
