At EXS Design, we create architecture and interior design that blends purpose with precision. Founded in Dubai and shaped by two decades of industry heritage, our work is rooted in trust, built through expertise, and defined by transformation.
Our name, EXS, is inspired by Ex-Servicemen Enterprises—a real estate company started over 20 years ago in Pune, India, by ex-Indian Air Force professionals. That commitment to integrity, structure, and results is the legacy we carry into every space we design.
Meet the Founder: Architect, Designer & Leader
Piyusha Bokil is a RIBA Chartered Architect, Dubai Municipality Registered Professional, and University Gold Medalist in Architecture and Design.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the UAE architecture and interior design industry, Piyusha brings a unique blend of design clarity, spatial storytelling, and technical depth to every project.

She has led the design of luxury villas, multi-use towers, commercial interiors, F&B concepts, wellness centers, and healthcare facilities, creating spaces that are not only beautiful—but deeply functional and future-ready.
​
Piyusha is also a recipient of the NDTV National Design Award and an advocate for design leadership, mentoring emerging professionals through strategic thinking and creative discipline.
A Studio Built from the Ground Up
In 2020, EXS Design was launched from a spare bedroom in Dubai—during a time when the world was recalibrating. What began as freelance interior design projects for salons and residences quickly grew into a full-scale architecture and interior design consultancy.
Today, EXS Design operates from our headquarters in Dubai Silicon Oasis, serving clients across the UAE, India, and the wider Middle East. We also welcome visitors to our show home in Masaar, an immersive experience center showcasing our approach to materiality, layout, and design execution.
