Piyusha Bokil, founder of EXS Design, is an award-winning architect and interior designer with over a decade of experience delivering transformative architectural solutions. As a RIBA Chartered Architect and Dubai Municipality accredited professional, Piyusha has led diverse projects across various sectors, from luxury villas and multi-use towers to healthcare facilities, resorts, cafes, commercial offices and wellness centres. Her work has played a pivotal role in defining cities and shaping environments that are both functional and visionary.

The Journey So Far
In 2020, Piyusha founded EXS Design from a humble spare bedroom. Since then, the practice has grown into a trusted name in award-winning design, with a diverse portfolio spanning business centres, high-end resorts, villas and innovative F&B spaces. With a growing presence across the Middle East and India, and its head office in Dubai, EXS Design continues to create spaces that bring together thoughtful design and purposeful experiences.
2020–2023
The Foundation
From a humble beginning, EXS Design grew into a multidisciplinary practice, building its portfolio across residential, commercial, hospitality, F&B and retail spaces.
2024–2025
The Expansion
With a growing portfolio and wider presence across the Middle East and India, EXS Design continued to take on diverse projects across sectors, scales and design typologies.
2026–Present
The Next Chapter
Building on a decade of experience, EXS Design continues to pursue thoughtful, purposeful design while growing its work, reach and impact across an evolving global landscape.
Beyond the Practice
From residential villas and private homes to workplaces, cafés, retail and healthcare environments, Piyusha’s work has developed across different scales and sectors. Each project brings its own brief, context and set of design decisions, shaping the evolution of her practice.
Beyond the practice, as a University Gold Medalist from Pune University and an NDTV National Award winner in Design, Piyusha contributes to the wider design industry through mentorship, coaching and workshops. Through EXS Coach Me, a sister initiative of EXS Design, she shares design principles and processes with non-design professionals, helping them understand design better and bring their own creative ideas to life.
