Design

Planning

The spatial layout ensures a seamless balance between collaborative zones and focused workspaces, aligning with the operational needs of Green Metal Industries. Circulation paths are smooth and intuitive, allowing easy access to common areas and amenities across the facility.

A welcoming arrival area sets the tone for the office, leading into open-plan workspaces with adjustable desks and ergonomic seating designed to support productivity. Dedicated break areas encourage informal interactions and employee well-being, reinforcing a people-centric design approach that reflects the working culture at Green Metal Industries.

Brand Image

The design embodies Green Metal Industries’ industrial ethos while projecting a future-focused workplace identity. It signals innovation, precision, and efficiency, qualities that are closely associated with the Green Metal Industries brand.

From the entry experience to operational zones, the design maintains a strong visual and spatial consistency. Every decision, from spatial organization to material selection, is aligned with the identity of Green Metal Industries, ensuring that the built environment not only reflects the brand but also strengthens how it is perceived by employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

Sustainability

Sustainability is central to both the design intent and the philosophy of Green Metal Industries. The design strategically optimizes natural daylight, reducing reliance on artificial lighting across the workspace.

Façade treatments along the south-facing main entrance minimize glare and thermal gain, improving internal comfort. Cutout orientations and thoughtful massing enhance passive lighting and ventilation through the north and south elevations.

Local, sustainable, and recycled materials have been integrated throughout the project, aligning with the environmental commitments of Green Metal Industries while also supporting regional sourcing and long-term performance.
