Overview

Our scope involved designing Mosque & its surrounding from ground up. Skylight, secondary skin gives an ethereal feel while the slit windows are highly functional. The mosque is designed keeping in mind sun shading & sustainable practices.

Planning-

The mosque and administrative spaces are defined by minimalist geometries and a cohesive material palette, balancing spiritual calm with corporate presence. Wrapping around the entire building, the shaded structures with Islamic pattern cutouts offer both cooling and privacy, while celebrating cultural identity through light, shadow, and detailing. The shared architectural language between the prayer hall and office block reflects unity in function and intent.

 

Brand Image- The unified design reinforces Green Metal Industries’ brand identity- melding corporate structure with cultural values. The mosque and office facades share material tones and scale, signalling precision, community values, and a refined operational ethos.

 

Sustainability- Façade orientation and fenestration minimize glare and heat gain while optimizing daylight. Building massing strategically addresses solar exposure from north-south elevations. Materials have been chosen for locality, sustainability, and durability to respond to KEZAD’s environmental framework.
