Design:

The spatial organization was structured into three layers: public, semi-public, and private zones.

The reception was positioned as the primary public zone, welcoming visitors with ease. Semi-public areas such as the pantry and meeting rooms were strategically placed to serve as shared, collaborative spaces, while private zones—including work desks and executive cabins—were designed for focus and confidentiality. Meeting rooms were distributed across the office, allowing different teams and groups convenient access without disrupting workflow. The planning of Achievers Office was driven by functionality and efficiency, ensuring that every zone served a clear purpose while maintaining accessibility for both employees and guests.

 

Brand image- The design intent centered on providing every employee with a comfortable and efficient workstation, ensuring productivity while enhancing the overall work environment. The company’s brand identity was seamlessly woven into the interiors through wall paneling and joinery, subtly reinforcing continuity and a sense of belonging throughout the space.

Sleek light fixtures, combined with minimal yet modern furniture, defined the aesthetic of the meeting rooms and cabins. The balance of comfort, functionality, and brand integration resulted in an office that reflects Achievers’ professional ethos while creating an inviting, dynamic workplace.
