Design
The Dubai World Trade Center Client Lounge was designed by EXS Design as a refined commercial space that reflects the stature of one of the most recognised business destinations in the region. As interior designers in Dubai, our focus was to align the space with the brand’s premium identity while ensuring functionality within a compact 430 sq.ft layout.
For the Dubai World Trade Center Client Lounge, interior planning was rooted in a robust and sophisticated concept. High quality finishes, contemporary aesthetics and subtle luxury elements were prioritised to elevate the experience. Spatial organisation was carefully developed to balance usability and ambience, a key principle followed by leading architecture firms in Dubai when designing high profile commercial environments.

Acoustic treatments were thoughtfully integrated within the Dubai World Trade Center Client Lounge to ensure confidentiality during VIP meetings and client discussions. This was especially important due to the open ceiling condition. In commercial interior design Dubai projects, managing acoustics without compromising design aesthetics is critical, and this space was planned to achieve both.

The layout of the Dubai World Trade Center Client Lounge was designed to be modular, allowing smooth transitions between formal executive meetings and quick client interactions. As an interior architecture firm in Dubai, EXS Design prioritised comfort, accessibility and hospitality, ensuring the lounge feels welcoming yet exclusive.

Brand Image
The design intent for the Dubai World Trade Center Client Lounge was to transform the existing area into a sophisticated waiting lounge and meeting space. Clean lines and minimal finishes defined the overall narrative, creating a modern and understated elegance often seen in premium office interior design Dubai projects.
Comfortable seating combined with subtle greenery through potted plants softened the space and added warmth. Every detail within the Dubai World Trade Center Client Lounge was aligned with the brand’s identity, resulting in a commercial interior that balances exclusivity with approachability while reflecting the standards of a top interior architecture firm in Dubai.
